Cancellation Policy for our Valued Guests: Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at dandelion salon co. Time allocates for an appointment reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for adjustments to your appointments, and to allow our service providers time to offer the availability to another guest who may be waiting. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours will be charged 30% of the service booked. No shows will be responsible for 100% of their scheduled appointment. Credit cards are required with online booking. If the appointment was not made online, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee before booking another appointment. CHILD POLICY Children are only permitted in the salon during their appointment time. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.
