Cancellation/No Children/AI/Policies for our Valued Guests: CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at dandelion salon co. Time allocates for an appointment reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for adjustments to your appointments, and to allow our service providers time to offer the availability to another guest who may be waiting. Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the service booked. No shows will be responsible for 100% of their scheduled appointment. Credit cards are required with online booking. If the appointment was not made online, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee before booking another appointment. NO CHILD POLICY Children are only permitted in the salon during their own appointment time. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. If your appointment is cancelled by the service provider because children are present, the cancellation fee will be charged, and you will be required to reschedule.
